No Hassle, Just Art – Return Policy
Alright, listen up. So you got your OV-G gear, and something ain’t sitting right? Maybe it’s not what you expected, or maybe your cat decided it’s their new chew toy. Whatever the reason, we’re here to make this right without any of that corporate runaround. Here’s the deal:
Eligibility for Returns
1. 30-Day Return Window
- You’ve got 30 days from the date you received your stuff to decide if it’s working for you. If it’s not, let’s get it sorted.
2. Condition of Items
- Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. If you took them on a bender in Vegas, we might have a problem.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us
- Hit us up at returns@ov-g.com with your order number and why you’re returning the item. We’ll hook you up with the next steps.
2. Get Your Return Authorization
- We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the lowdown on how to send your item back to us.
3. Pack It Up
- Use the original packaging if you still have it. If not, find something that’ll keep it safe on its way back. Make sure to slap that RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping
1. Domestic Returns
- For domestic returns, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out, slap it on the box, and drop it off at your nearest shipping center. Easy peasy.
2. International Returns
- For our friends across the pond and beyond, the return shipping cost is on you. Use a trackable shipping service or get some shipping insurance, because we can’t be responsible for lost items.
Refunds
1. Processing Time
- Once we get your return, give us 5-7 business days to check it out and process your refund. We’ll send you an email when the refund’s on its way.
2. Original Payment Method
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take a few days to show up. Don’t panic.
Exchanges
1. Need a Different Size or Color?
- If you need a different size or color, follow the same return process. Let us know in your email that you’re looking for an exchange, and we’ll get the new item out to you as soon as we can.
2. Processing Exchanges
- We’ll process your exchange once we get and inspect the original item. If the new item is out of stock, we’ll let you know and figure out a plan B.
Damaged or Defective Items
1. Oh No! What Happened?
- If you got a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at returns@ov-g.com with some photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.
2. Quick Resolution
- For damaged or defective items, we’ll either send you a replacement at no additional cost or give you a full refund. Your call.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Think of them like a bad tattoo—you’re stuck with it.
2. Sale Items
- Items marked as final sale can’t be returned or exchanged. If you snagged a deal, congrats! But it’s yours to keep.
